The house is in a small development, Le Clos du Quenin, in a quiet residential area of Vaison la Romaine, approximately 12 minutes walk to the centre. Le Clos du Quenin is a pretty development of small houses built in a style sympathetic to Vaison's Roman past. There is a beautiful communal swimming pool with pool house (showers/toilets) and a large sun bathing area around the pool.

The house is semi-detached and south facing and has a private sunny garden and patio area to the front and side. There is also a detached garage and allocated parking space.

The Clos is gated and very safe - perfect for family holidays.
