Please note the following:

Tariff is applied based on the Saturday date of the start of each week booked.
You will need to supply your own towels/bed linen. Tea towels etc are provided.
(Bed linen can be provided at an additional charge - Please phone for more details.)
The swimming pool has no lifeguard and is used at your own risk. The pool is closed October to mid-May.
Due to the terms of our insurance, smoking is not permitted inside the house.
The Security Deposit of £150.00 will be returned on completion of your holiday.
